Shipping and returns

Shipping charges
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping is A$14 per order, with complimentary shipping when the order subtotal is A$100 or more.
Dispatch and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, or where a piece requires final finishing before it leaves the studio, dispatch may take a little longer.
Once dispatched, most metropolitan Australian orders arrive within 2–6 business days. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.
Returns and remedies
We want you to love your WINKOO piece. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos so we can make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
We do not currently offer returns for change of mind, so please check dimensions, colour and product details carefully before ordering.
